Happy Spring!

In this issue of our newsletter, we highlight our ongoing efforts to continue to serve our community.
In our Spotlight section, we recognize Patty Caplan, our Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Patty is the hub from which many of our activities radiate. Thank you, Patty, for your commitment to our mission and values.

For the past two years, we have received recognition from the Federal Health Resources and Services Administration as Health Center Quality Leaders. We update you in this issue about how Lauren Wallace, our Quality Improvement Manager, has been engaging employees to reach and support our excellent outcomes.

In addition to engaging our employees, we are also engaging our patients in expressing their immigration stories through art. At a time of such challenging coverage about immigration, this exhibit speaks to the stories of resilience, unity and love. It’s just one example of how we align with our patients in a cultural embrace.

And lastly, we highlight our collaboration with Dolores Street Community Services which provides housing and psychosocial support to formerly homeless residents.
